This is an office-based position.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own and refine product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and cross-functional teams.
Customer & Market Research: Conduct deeper competitive analysis and customer research to shape product positioning and differentiation.
Product Development & Execution: Lead product development cycles from ideation to release, balancing technical feasibility with user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across engineering, UX, and business teams, ensuring smooth execution and product alignment.
User Feedback & Product Improvements: Leverage customer insights, analytics, and A/B testing to drive continuous product optimization.
Product Performance & KPIs: Define and track KPIs, using data to adjust strategies and improve product success.
Industry Trends & Best Practices: Maintain knowledge of market shifts, emerging tech, and customer expectations to inform strategic decisions.
Product Development Lifecycle Management: Proficient in managing the entire lifecycle of a product from concept through delivery, including iterative releases.
Advanced Analytics & Metrics: Comfortable with defining key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking metrics, and using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mix panel, or similar) to monitor product performance.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product development goals.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Skilled in using data-driven experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) to refine product features and improve customer experience.
Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Proficient in Agile and Scrum processes, facilitating sprints, and working with engineering teams in an iterative environment.
Market & Trend Forecasting: Ability to anticipate customer needs and market shifts, conducting in-depth analysis to inform product direction.

Qualifications

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or international equivalent.
Typically requires 3+ of experience in product management business analysis, software development or related role. 
Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or product management tools are beneficial (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) a plus.
Proven track record of managing product features or product lines from conception through delivery.
Experience with A/B testing, product optimization, and working in an Agile environment.
Experience in collecting and analyzing customer feedback to inform product decisions.
