This is an office-based position.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Support & Maintenance:
Drive the architecture and integration of complex infrastructure solutions across enterprise environments. 
Serve as the subject matter expert on systems reliability, performance, and lifecycle management.
Technical Analysis & Problem Solving:
Guide the resolution of high-impact technical issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve critical infrastructure issues.
System Design & Implementation:
Architect and implement enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions that support strategic goals.
Lead complex initiatives involving multiple infrastructure components and cross-functional teams.
Technology Evaluation & Recommendations:
Lead evaluations of advanced technologies and advise on platform decisions.
Influence decisions on infrastructure platforms and upgrades based on business needs.
Process Improvement & Documentation:
Drive standardization and automation of infrastructure support processes.
Develop frameworks for consistent documentation and process governance.
Quality Assurance & Change Control:
Establish best practices for infrastructure quality and change governance.

Review and approve significant system modifications and upgrades.

Ability to architect and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
Expert in hybrid/cloud architecture, high availability systems, and disaster recovery planning.
Experienced in enterprise-scale automation and governance.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of technical influence.
Deep familiarity with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

Qualifications

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or international equivalent) 
Typically requires 10+ years of progressive experience in in IT infrastructure, with demonstrated leadership in system design and enterprise integration.
Advanced certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect) highly desirable.
