Responsibilities

At iPipeline, we're looking for a driven and creative Event & Marketing Coordinator to join our energetic team. If you’re passionate about storytelling, curious about all things marketing, and excited to learn by doing—this role is for you.

 

As part of our marketing team, you’ll help bring the iPipeline brand to life through engaging content, standout events, and impactful campaigns. From day one, you’ll be hands-on with high-visibility projects that connect with key audiences and support our business goals.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Help plan and execute high-profile corporate events that showcase our brand and innovation
  • Support PR and media efforts that elevate our voice in the industry
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns that span digital, social, and print
  • Ensure our messaging is sharp, consistent, and on-brand across every channel

Event Planning, Strategy, and Execution: 

As an Event & Marketing Coordinator at iPipeline, you’ll spend the majority of your time helping to plan, coordinate, and execute events that bring our brand to life. From virtual webinars to high-profile conferences—including our annual flagship event—you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering memorable, high-impact experiences that engage our audiences and support business goals.

 

In this part of the role, you’ll:

  • Take part in planning and executing virtual, in-person and corporate events, ensuring each one reflects our brand and delivers real value to attendees.
  • Support the full event lifecycle, from brainstorming and venue selection to vendor coordination, logistics, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage details, stay on budget, and deliver seamless experiences from start to finish.
  • Assist with creating eye-catching materials, signage, and promotional assets that generate buzz and drive attendance.
  • Keep everything organized, from timelines and task lists to event calendars, ensuring no detail gets missed.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer marketing, and growth marketing to align goals and maximize impact.

Communications and Content:

About 20% of your time will be spent creating content that helps us connect, communicate, and stand out. You’ll contribute to everything from social media posts and blog articles to email campaigns and event materials—developing your voice while helping shape ours.

 

Here’s how you’ll contribute:

  • Write clear, engaging content for internal and external channels. Think emails, blogs, landing pages, and more.
  • Help support award submissions, PR efforts, and updates to our corporate website.
  • Make sure everything we put out is cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with our messaging.
  • Jump in wherever needed with a positive, creative, and collaborative spirit.

Marketing Campaign Support:

About 10% of your time will be spent working alongside our marketing team to bring campaigns to life—from brand awareness efforts to product launches and go-to-market strategies. You’ll learn how messaging, content, and data all come together to drive impact.

 

In this part of the role, you’ll:

  • Help execute marketing campaigns that build buzz and generate results.
  • Assist in developing campaign content—emails, blogs, digital assets, and more.
  • Learn how to measure success by tracking key metrics and analyzing what’s working and where we can grow.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to better understand our audience and craft messages that moves people to act.

 

You’ll get to see how strategy turns into action—and gain valuable insight into what makes a marketing campaign succeed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in event planning, marketing, communications, public relations, or branding
  • A knack for turning complex ideas into clear and engaging content.
  • Strong project management skills (you’re great at keeping tasks on track and meeting timelines).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Confidence working with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) tools like Zoom, WebEx, and Cvent
  • A portfolio of writing samples that shows your range and voice.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge in B2B, financial services, or tech experience a plus.
  • Experience in marketing technology (e.g. SalesForce and HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with AP Style.
