Job Overview:
As a seasoned member of the Cloud Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and security of our on-premises and cloud IT network infrastructure. Drawing on your 6–10 years of experience, you will establish and maintain operational standards and best practices, supporting critical global network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Behaviors
6–10 years of hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting geographically distributed networks.
Proven experience with switch configuration and management (Cisco preferred).
Strong expertise in configuring and managing firewalls (Cisco ASA and Fortinet preferred).
Solid understanding of VPN technologies and office-based Wi-Fi solutions.
Thorough knowledge of security and compliance best practices.
Familiarity with IT operational best practices (e.g., ITIL), including asset management, incident management, and change control.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
Desirable Skills & Behaviors
Exposure to AWS cloud networking technologies (VPC, Transit Gateways, etc.).
Experience with automation and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Git).
Exposure to Windows Server administration in hybrid environments (on-prem VMware and AWS).
Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies, ideally using Jira.
Ability to lead meetings and document minutes when required.
