We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions that align with our strategic goals. The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing Salesforce integrations, and guiding the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring scalability and security.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the integration of Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices for Salesforce development and configuration.
• Oversee data modeling, data migration, and data integration strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and data governance standards.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies.
• Mentor and support Salesforce developers and administrators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect.
• Proficient in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Proficient in CPQ
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools (MuleSoft, APIs, middleware).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
