This is an office-based position.

Responsibilities

The position plays a pivotal role in driving sales by leveraging their technical expertise to support the sales team and engage with clients. The position is responsible for presenting complex technical solutions in an accessible manner, driving revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target potential clients.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
  • Translate technical details into benefits for the user, ensuring clear communication.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 -10+ years of experience in sales engineering or a related technical sales role.
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams and closing deals.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in life insurance and wealth industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Skills:

  • High proficiency in Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Work Environment:

  • This role may require travel to client sites and industry events.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
